  • How do I get Morgan the Cash Dog to buy my house? Fill out the form and we’ll call you immediately to discuss your situation and see if we can make a cash offer.
  • Does Morgan purchase all types of houses? Yes, Morgan the Cash Dog buys all sorts of houses. We are more than willing to work with you.   • Will you buy my home that is in foreclosure? Yes, we will make an offer to buy it as long as the foreclosure has not been finalized (the bank owns it).
  • How long will the process take? This depends on you the seller, but the process typically takes 7-14 days. Of course we can move quicker or within your timeline.
  • Do I have to accept your offer? Of course not! This is your decision. We will do our best to make it equitable and mutually beneficial. If you feel that it is not, you can walk away and sell your home through other means.
  • What if someone is living in my house? Will you still buy it? Yes, if the home is rented and occupied, we will buy it. We are experienced in dealing with bad tenants and tenant occupied homes and can help you and your tenant.
  • My house is presently listed for sale with a real estate agent. Can you still buy my house? Yes. You may have to pay commissions to them, but we can still purchase your home.
  • What if I don’t live in the area where my house is? Do I have to be there? No. You can complete your end of the closing at your local attorney’s offices and your check can be mailed or deposited directly into your account.
  • I owe more than my house is worth. Can you help me? Yes. Unfortunately, this is common and we can work with you and your bank through a process called a “short sale” to buy your home.
